THIS IS THE GIRL THAT YOU HEARD ON AIR ON TUESDAY!

She called in and told the story of how her boyfriend took her to a strip club on her birthday and then decided to ditch her and go to the VIP room. She never heard from him again (JERK!). So she asked if I'd set her up.

COOKIN' WITH THE CAVS! (WELL, ONE OF THEM AT LEAST!)

Every year the crew here at Q104 and a whole bunch of local celebs go to BENIHANA and play "chef for a night" to raise money for the Northeast Ohio Adoption Services... talk to anyone that participates in this event and clearly they'll tell you this is one of the MOST fun and well done events of the year. Everyone was out and about - spotted: Q104's Rebecca Wilde and Brian Conroy, Kenny Crumpton and Suzanne Stratford from Fox 8, our fave weatherman Mark Nolan and Alicia Booth too, to name a few!!

I got paired up with Cavs player Donyell Marshall (he's 6'9"!!!!) as my co-chef... and let me tell you what - the man can cook! He brought his whole fam... beautiful wife, adorable children and a few friends. From what I heard, everyone left with all 10 fingers (phew!). Thanks to our actual Benihana chef Albert that was there to coach us along! And BIG thanks to Benjamin and Marisa from Broadview Heights who donated some cash to take home the apron I wore...

I'M HANGIN' ON THE MORNING SHOW THIS WEEK!

Rebecca Wilde is taking a few days off so I get to sit in her place Monday - Wednesday this week! Good times with the morning show crew... always fun hangin' with Allan, Glenn, Nick and the whole behind the scenes crew! Back on 3-7pm Thursday!
