TALK ABOUT A BRIDEZILLA!

I got this email from a friend of mine... can you get over how crazy chicks can be? Here's how it reads:

You gotta be kidding me....you have to read this!! This bride needs to be given a valuim! I hope I was not like this....hee hee hee!I thought you ladies might find this comical....one of my friends forwarded it to me over the weekend.

The bride who wrote the note below is a grad student at UT (that's the burnt orange connection)... I received the following email...I truly thought I understood what the term Bridezilla meant. I didn't...untilnow. This girl is getting married to my best friend from high school onMarch 15th. I got suckered into being in the wedding. Originally, thebridesmaids dresses were BURNT ORANGE. Thankfully, she changed her mind tonavy blue. Anyway, this email speaks for itself. Feel free to laugh at loud and try to count how many times she insults me. (Keep in mind that none of theother girls that she sent this to have ever met me before.) Addie

Hey girls! Mom has your dresses for the wedding. She plans on bringing themto the shower next weekend, so you can pick them up there. Lindsay sent mean email asking about what style of shoes and jewelry to wear. That is agreat question, Lindsay! There are so many details, I keep forgetting totell my girls what to do. In any case, I think that this is an excellentopportunity to go over my expectations for each of you at the wedding. In answer to the question about shoes, please wear tasteful flats. Most ofyou are taller than me, so I would rather you all not tower over me. Plus, many of you are unaware, but Addie is terribly ill and sometimes isparalyzed from the waist down. And we do want to take care of Adam's girl! Ithink I want all of you to wear your hair down. Although, since Addie andLindsay have similar hair, I'd prefer it if Addie straightened hers and letLindsay be the curly-haired girl. Afterall, she is my friend and you are mybridesmaids! I'm sure you understand.Leisha and Sissy - I know that you have both been trying to lose a fewpounds. This would be the perfect opportunity! Watch your diet and we willall start weekly weigh-ins. Lindsay could use some trimming up too. Addie, you just take care of yourself. I know that some of us have trouble withfood and I don't want to encourage any bad habits with those who have hadproblems in the past. Also, you should all stay away from alcohol for at least a week before thewedding. That way, none of us will be puffy or bloated. I guess this ismainly for Addie, as none of my ladies drink all that much. Other than that,I don't have any real suggestions. Please don't go tanning. I have very fairskin and I would rather blend in with each of you than stand out as the paleone! Leish, Linday and Sissy please call me. There are some other thingsthat I would like to go over with you on this topic. Addie, you are Adam'sfriend so I wouldn't presume to tell you what needs to be corrected. Plus,as your own wedding is coming up after mine, I'm sure you are more than alittle aware of what you need to work on. I will see you all on Saturday.Addie, remember that you will be attending the shower with us girls onSaturday rather than the paintball fun with the boys. Dress accordingly, dear! Much Love, Jenny

I am honestly appalled at this bridezilla's behavior! I would never ask my bridesmaids to lose a few pounds before my wedding! She is ridiculous! I hope your friend took the comments ok and realizes that this girl is crazy!

I don't know, is it considered bad taste to bring a bazooka to the wedding?

I hope I'm not like that at my wedding! I know that it's stressful, but honestly, that woman needs to settle down a bit. If she doesn't want to stand out witout a tan, then go get one! Don't tell them not to. They don't have to be in her wedding at all if she annoys or insults them, so if I were her, I'd be a little nicer to my friends.

To this Jenny: Jeez. If the girl likes paintball, let her like paintball! Don't try and embarrass her for it...and I think that separate e-mails should have been sent. If none of these other women knew this Addie, this e-mail doesn't give them a good first impression! (This e-mail seems cruel)

And there is someone that is actually willing to marry this chick? Perhaps someone should show this letter to the future hubby of this calloused control freak!!!

I feel so bad for her future husband! If I was Addie I would show up tan, in high heels, and my clevage coming out of my dress. That e-mail is totally disrespectful, I cannot believe that someone could actually type that and not feel embarrassed.

Wow how rude can one person get?!?!? How insulting! I wouldn't be a part of the wedding if the bride was treating me like this.

Okay so I'm getting married in april, and all of my bridesmaids are different sizes and I would NEVER dream of doing something like this to my girls. That is insane and cutting. I would've said give me a tux i'm going on my friends side. craziness. Weddings are stressful but not that stressful, I almost have mine completly planned.
